So, you have taken our training program or a training program with another school but several months have passed and you are worried about if will you remember everything, or need some help getting the dough just right, or maybe the security of having one of our instructors working with you side by side during your opening. No problem, we are here to help. We will send our instructor to you. Let us discuss the opportunity of putting a Start Up program together for your new business.

Planning & Sourcing

Besides our instructors we have a team of specialized individuals that can help you layout your space, understand the basics of food costs and help you source the right equipment and ingredients for your new project. Just let us know what you need and we will be happy to help.

Refresher Training

The first step to making great Roman Style Pizza is taking one of our training courses but we realize that months may pass before you get an opportunity to practice with your new equipment at your location. Allow us to put together a program to come and help or just come back and take one of our shorter courses for a refresher.

Customized

If it is related to Roman Style Pizza we can help. We will assemble a team and put together a fully customizable program. Just let us know what we can do for you and we will do everything we can to make it happen.

Staff Training

You may have taken a training course with us, but you would like us to train some of your employees. No problem, we can come to you or you can send your employees to us for a customized program. We even have programs to do this on a regular basis. Let’s say you are planning to open multiple locations over time and you want to train your employees as you open. No problem, we can put together a program and/or contracted pricing to assure you know what you can expect.
